Digital Action Summit for Conversion Therapy Survivors

One of the endeavors I'm most proud of unfolded during the COVID-impacted summer: I played a pivotal role in organizing a national digital action summit for LGBTQ+ conversion therapy survivors and their allies. The summit's primary mission? To unite voices, share stories, and strategize ways to eradicate these devastating therapy practices.

Spanning an entire day, the event drew hundreds of attendees. My responsibilities ranged from organizing to seamlessly executing the all-day webinar. After the summit, I undertook the meticulous task of professionally editing and adding closed captions to each session, ensuring accessibility for all. If there's one session that stands out, it's “Unconscionable Fraud” – it's a must-watch.

While the summit was a significant milestone, our journey at CTSurvivors continues. We're ardently organizing workshops, curating retreats, and spearheading litigation against practitioners of conversion therapy. The fight for justice and healing presses on.
