Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Last Updated: November 25, 2025
This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements the Alcyone Reserve Privacy Policy and applies solely to consumer health data collected or used in Washington State, as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act.
1. We Do Not Collect Consumer Health Data
Alcyone Reserve's services are focused on brand identity, web design, and multimedia production. Our website and business operations are designed to not collect, use, or share "Consumer Health Data" as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act.
"Consumer Health Data" includes personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to a consumer and that identifies the consumer's past, present, or future physical or mental health status. This broad definition can include data about health conditions, treatments, medications, bodily functions, and even precise location information that could indicate an attempt to acquire a health service.
2. Our Policy
It is our strict policy that we do not collect, use, sell, or share Consumer Health Data as part of our standard business practices. Our services are not designed to process such information, and we have no need for it in the course of our work with clients.
3. Potential Unintentional Collection
In the highly unlikely event that you were to voluntarily submit information through our contact form that constitutes Consumer Health Data under the law (for example, by including unsolicited details about a medical condition in a project inquiry), we will not use or disclose that information. It will be handled in accordance with this policy and promptly deleted from our systems, as it is not necessary for our services.
4. Your Rights
Under the Washington My Health My Data Act, consumers have specific rights regarding their Consumer Health Data, including the right to:
Access, confirm, and know about the collection and sharing of their Consumer Health Data.
Withdraw consent from the collection and sharing of their Consumer Health Data.
Have their Consumer Health Data deleted.
Because we do not collect this data, these rights are inherently respected. If you believe we might have unintentionally collected such data, you may contact us to exercise these rights.
5. Changes to This Policy
If our practices change, we will update this policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
